EASTBOURNE thrashed Stoke 67-23 in the Travel Plus National League at the Arlington Stadium on Saturday night.

The Potters did not gain a heat win throughout the fifteen heats and neither did they even manage a drawn heat as the high-flying Eagles had two riders score paid maximums in Georgie Wood and Tom Brennan as the home side were rampant.

Top scorer for the Potters was David Wallinger who maintained his impressive form of late scoring 10 points with skipper Max Clegg scoring 6 points and Danno Verge chipping in with 5 points as these three riders scored all but three of the Potters total.
