MAX SCORES 5 POINTS IN UNDER-21 FINAL

STOKE number 1 Max Clegg finished on 5 points in the British Under-21 Final at Berwick’s Shielfield Park circuit on Tuesday evening.

Clegg scored 2 points from his opening two rides before suffering a tapes exclusion in his third and then running a last in his fourth ride before completing the evening with a race win.

The meeting was won by pre-meeting favourite and defending Champion Robert Lambert who was dominate throughout the meeting winning all of his qualifying rides and going on to win the final in which the Great Britain international defeated Connor Mountain in to second place with Nathan Greaves taking third place on the rostrum.
